Back Yard – 20 viewsThe house is quite small, 80m2 roughly. But one attraction is the slice of land at the back which is something you don't get with a unit.... And a worthwhile rule of thumb with real estate is that land appreciates and buildings depreciate.
Though the lawn appreciates too quickly for my liking presently.
